Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a fusion style format that incorporates both physical and energetic work of the body through the use of yoga poses, cardio sprints, primal movements, dance and conditioning. It incorporates a spiral structure technique that brings focus to strenthening the core, as well as shaking and vibration to release hormones and energy trapped in the muscles and energetic systems. Music is a compass to this, and other, Buti formats, so as the old adage goes, "time flies when you're having fun"!
