
Buti Yoga is a fusion style format that incorporates both physical and energetic work of the body through the use of yoga poses, cardio sprints, primal movements, dance and conditioning. It incorporates a spiral structure technique that brings focus to strenthening the core, as well as shaking and vibration to release hormones and energy trapped in the muscles and energetic systems. Music is a compass to this, and other, Buti formats, so as the old adage goes, "time flies when you're having fun"! Get a work-out that torches hundreds of calories, celebrates the strength of your mind, body and spirit, and leaves you with that "Buti glow".

Primal Flow is another fusion-style format that blends Vinyasa flow with Buti elements, working with both the feminine and masculine energies to bring balance, harmony and strength to mind, body and spirit. We flow like water, we hold to build fire, we dance to release and we rest to restore. Classes typically range between 30 to 60 minutes. This is a great addition to your overall Buti practice!

Deep is a restorative and regenerative practice within the Buti formats that engages mind-body connection through the use of the spiral structure technique, micro-movements and physical touch to reconnect the brain and nervous sytem, with a focus on restructuring the deep core. Deep is designed to assist with recovery and prevention of injuries associated with core infrastructures. Classes typically range from 60 to 90 minutes. This is a great format to help bring awareness to the body, and build strength and resilience to build upon!

Workshops are held as a pop-up or series with the intention of incorporating movement medicine into education and personal development. All the soul sweat of a regular Buti class with a little extra Buti GLOW! Student's Buti practice comes with black lights, glow paint (optional), and extra booming tunes for musical movement and celebration. Glow paint and sweet beats are provided. Students come a half hour early for optional glow paint. Encourage bringing your own water and yoga mat. Yoga mats available if needed.

Join Soulful harmony and wild light movement for a workshop that honors the powers of frequency and movement to create healing for mind, body, and spirit. students will be invited to a 40 minute somatic movement practice called deep that restores and regenerates through slow micro movements, targeting the facia and deep core flexor muscles. The movement practice will be followed by a 30 minute sound healing session that uses the frequency of harmonic sounds to create energetic virabtions that reach your body on a cellular level. students are encouraged to bring water, yoga mats, and blankets if they so choose, and to wear comfortable, breathable clothing that they can both move and relax in. yoga mats are available if needed. we look forward to sharing this experience with you.

The quick and sweaty version of buti will give you all feels of a full buti class but in less time because sometimes there just isn't enough! These classes are taught online so you can do it right from home. Students will need a yoga mat, water, and floor space to move.

get in your bliss with the combination of buti somatic movement while undergoing red light therapy. Red light therapy is known to provide a host of benefits like reducing muscle pain and inflammation, rejuvenation and rehabilitation of the skin, reduced body fat and more. Paired with the healing powers we tap into during a buti class, this is one to be happy about!

Here both kids and grown ups are welcome as we celebrate the primal movements of buti with play and fun music tracks! Students are encouraged to wear comfortable and breathable clothing they can move in. Bring water and yoga mats if you've got them (if not we can cover you). Class lasts about 30 minutes with some time for instruction at the beginning and a nice wind-down at the end.

Join WLM at The Wellness Collective for some bliss to lead you into a relaxing Mother's Day. Students will be led through an uplifting 45 minute Buti class followed by light refreshments, community, and bubbles of choice. The Wellness Collective's dry heat sauna and red light will be open and taking bookings all day, and all yogi students can get a discounted sauna session. Here the restorative and regenerative powers of Deep are used to explore and rehabilitate mobility in students on all levels. Students will work with the instructor to restore function and connection to areas of the body that need it. Props can be used and may be suggested. Students should notify the instructor if a chair is needed. Wear breathable, comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

Come join WLM on Halloween night for some BUTI Movement to spooky tunes and atmosphere. Find all of the fun of a BUTI Glow, but with a Halloween twist. Dress up to get DOWN to the beats, wearing clothing you can still move in. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (there are some on site) and a water bottle. Glow bracelets will be provided and glow paint available, yogi's choice! Arrive at 7:00pm, and we'll kick off the movement as soon as everyone is geared up and ready to go.

Have you every heard the phrase "soma" or "somatic"? All BUTI Movement practices are somatic movement practices where the experiential body (the experience of having a body, mind, and soul) coming together. Our goal is always to have ALL, the holistic YOU, working together. Deep Body Mapping is a chance to dive deeper into the information stored in your body. Students are led through a 40-45 minute Deep Movement practice to slow down, tap in, and reconnect with your bodies, minds, and souls, and then they are led through a Somatic Body Mapping exercise where important insights can be found that promote holistic healing. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring your yoga mat, and a water bottle, an open mind, and be prepared to get DEEP.
