
Have you every heard the phrase "soma" or "somatic"? All BUTI Movement practices are somatic movement practices where the experiential body (the experience of having a body, mind, and soul) coming together. Our goal is always to have ALL, the holistic YOU, working together. Deep Body Mapping is a chance to dive deeper into the information stored in your body. Students are led through a 40-45 minute Deep Movement practice to slow down, tap in, and reconnect with your bodies, minds, and souls, and then they are led through a Somatic Body Mapping exercise where important insights can be found that promote holistic healing. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring your yoga mat, and a water bottle, an open mind, and be prepared to get DEEP.
