Deep

Deep is a restorative and regenerative practice within the Buti formats that engages mind-body connection through the use of the spiral structure technique, micro-movements and physical touch to reconnect the brain and nervous sytem, with a focus on restructuring the deep core. Deep is designed to assist with recovery and prevention of injuries associated with core infrastructures. Classes typically range from 60 to 90 minutes. This is a great format to help bring awareness to the body, and build strength and resilience to build upon!
